Product Overview
The equipment adopts a vertical structure with a closed tank body, integrating high-shear homogenizing head, frame stirrer and vacuum system. It is mainly used for emulsifying, dispersing, mixing and defoaming oil-water two-phase materials, realizing the transformation of materials from liquid to semi-solid (ointment, cream) or emulsion state. The whole process is carried out under vacuum conditions to avoid air bubbles and oxidation, ensuring the stability and safety of finished products. It is suitable for small-batch production in factories, pilot-scale experiments and large-scale R&D projects.

Working Principle
1. Material Preparation: Pour the oil phase and water phase materials into the tank separately, and heat them to the set temperature through the jacketed heating system to melt or dissolve the materials.
2. Vacuum Pump Start: Turn on the vacuum system to extract air from the tank, maintaining a stable negative pressure environment to prevent air bubbles from entering during the mixing process.
3. Stirring & Emulsification: Start the frame stirrer to drive the overall circulation of materials. Then start the high-shear homogenizing head, which rotates at high speed to generate strong shear force, breaking the oil droplets and solid particles in the materials into tiny particles, and dispersing them uniformly in the continuous phase to form a stable emulsion.
4. Temperature Control: During the emulsification process, the intelligent temperature control system adjusts the heating or cooling speed in real time to keep the material temperature within the set range.
5. Post-Processing: After emulsification, reduce the speed of the stirrer, maintain the vacuum state for a certain period of time to remove residual bubbles, and then cool the material to room temperature to obtain the finished product (ointment, cream or emulsion).
