Product Overview
The inverted bottle sterilizer is a specialized equipment that reverses hot-filled beverage bottles (96-110°C) during the conveying process after filling. Utilizing the beverage's own high temperature (approximately 85°C) to sterilize bottle caps and mouth areas, this system provides 30-40 seconds of sterilization time without additional heat sources, making it ideal for juice and tea beverage hot-filling production lines.
Working Principle
This machine sterilizes the unsterilized portions of bottle mouths and inner cap surfaces after hot filling of PET polyester bottled beverages. The system consists of conveyor chain systems, bottle reversing mechanisms, frame structures, and turning guide rods, achieving automatic inversion sterilization and self-reset functionality while maintaining energy efficiency.
