The equipment consists of rack, bottle feeding conveyor, pressure control module, product grouping system, bottle pushing components, cardboard buffer area, cardboard conveyor sections, cardboard supply transfer parts, cardboard slope conveyor, folding and forming transition sections, operation box, and electrical cabinet.
The automated process begins with manual cardboard placement on the buffer conveyor, followed by vacuum suction cup separation, synchronous belt transfer to slope conveyor, product grouping and pushing, and final combination with cardboard for complete wrapping formation.
