Working Process
- Packaged products enter arrangement station where robots organize them into preset layer patterns
- Complete layers move to forming area for final alignment and preparation
- Stacker supplies pallets to palletizing station
- Single column mechanism with rolling shutter clamp lifts and positions each layer
- Process repeats until full stack reaches required height
- Finished pallets transfer to warehouse via roller conveyor
