This advanced wrap-around case packer delivers exceptional performance for beverage bottle and can packaging operations. Engineered for high-volume production environments, it efficiently processes palletized products through a sophisticated automated system.
Operational Process
Products enter via the inlet conveyor where bottle-pushing rods separate them into individual units. Cardboard is fed through a buffer and climbing mechanism, wrapping products from below. The middle and upper/lower forming conveyors then fold, apply adhesive, and seal cartons for final shaping.
