Application Scope
This industrial-grade heat shrink packaging machine is designed for packaging glass bottles, PET bottles, and cans in water, beverage, beer, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Production capacity ranges from 12,000 to 48,000 bottles/hour (30-260 packages per minute).
Equipment Principle
The machine evenly distributes products through the entrance plate chain, checks for bottle shortage, arranges them through the gate mechanism, and pushes them to the film winding belt. The film roll passes through splicing, tensioning, and cutting mechanisms before being applied to products and sent to the heat shrinking furnace.
