Product Overview
This automatic carton opener performs complete case preparation including picking up cartons, molding, folding lids, and sealing bottoms. The machine features PLC with touch display control for fully automated operation, including safety alarms for material shortages.
Operation Process
Flat cartons are placed on the storage chute, then suction cups extract and mold each carton while folding front, back, left, and right lids before completing tape sealing. The system automatically stops when materials are depleted.
