Rotary Engine Oil Seals NBR Double Lips Mechanical Seal Ring

TC type oil seal is a kind of double-lip oil seal, it has a main lip, a vice lip and  one spring. The main lip is mainly used to seal the liquid and prevent it from leaking; the secondary lip is used to block dust, water and other impurities from entering the inside of the equipment. This double-lip design greatly improves the sealing performance and protection ability of the oil seal.

TC oil seal springs have the following characteristics:

1. Good elasticity: it can provide suitable radial force between the oil seal and the shaft to ensure that the lip of the oil seal closely fits the surface of the shaft, effectively preventing oil leakage, and at the same time, during the operation of the equipment, it can adapt to the slight jumping and vibration of the shaft to maintain the sealing performance.
2. High strength and toughness: it can stand a certain degree of deformation without fracture, and can adapt to the complex working environment, such as high temperature, high pressure and other conditions can still maintain its mechanical properties, to ensure that the oil seals work reliably for a long time.
3. Corrosion resistance: usually made of corrosion-resistant metal materials, can resist the chemical substances in the oil and moisture in the external environment, prolonging the service life of the spring of the oil seal and preventing the failure of the oil seal due to the corrosion of the spring.
4. Oil resistance: When in contact with oil, no swelling, embrittlement and other phenomena will occur, and the stability and performance of the material can be maintained to ensure normal work in the oil environment.
