Industrial NBR TC Type Oil Seals High Temperature Resistant
TC TYPE:It is one of the standard models of common skeleton oil seals, also known as lip seals, standard parts oil seals. It belongs to rotary oil seal, which is used for sealing in oil, and dusty occasions. Can be made of different rubber materials such as Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM), Silicone Rubber (SI), etc.
It has the following main characteristics:
- Double lips, a main lip, a vice lip, this double-lip design greatly improves the sealing performance and protection of the oil seal.
- One spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber
- Rotary seal
- Used in low pressure. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2)
- Good heat resistance, Normal working temperature is usually between -40℃ and 120℃.
- Oil resistance, commonly used in general industrial equipment and automotive oil sealing
- Good abrasion resistance, long service life
- Many specifications, can be customized according to requirements
