Features
The SB-type oil seal, as a premium product in the sealing field, features a scientifically designed and structurally sound construction. The external metal retainer provides robust support, while the internal rubber coating and spring-loaded main sealing lip work together to create a reliable sealing barrier.
In terms of material properties, NBR (nitrile rubber) oil seals perform stably in general environments, offering excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) oil seals are the ideal choice for high-temperature and chemically corrosive environments, featuring exceptional chemical stability. The operating temperature range for NBR is -40°C to 120°C, while for FKM it is -26°C to 250°C.
This oil seal exhibits excellent radial stiffness, particularly in large-diameter applications, and maintains superior stability after assembly, eliminating rebound issues. It is widely used in heavy machinery, chemical equipment, and other applications to ensure reliable sealing performance and operational stability.
