The Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) is an advanced heat transfer device designed for high-efficiency thermal exchange between fluids. It consists of a series of corrugated metal plates stacked together, forming separate channels for hot and cold fluids. The plates are sealed with gaskets or permanently brazed/welded, ensuring leak-proof operation. Structure & Working Principle
Main Components of a Plate Heat Exchanger

How It Works 1. Two fluids (hot & cold) enter through separate inlets. 2. Fluids flow through alternating narrow channels without mixing. 3. Heat is transferred from the hot fluid to the cold fluid via the plates. 4. Cooled hot fluid & heated cold fluid exit through separate outlets. 5.
