Discroption of RDV6445G:
RDV6445G is a Vision cutting control system based on RDC6445G controller, support feature recognition position positioning and MARK point auxiliary position positioning function.Focused on vision cutting in clothing, leather, digital cropping, advertising, printing and 3C industries.
Product Feature:
1. 5” color screen, rich number keys and control keys.
2.Standalone operation. Support USB and Ethernet communication and U flash disk.
3.Support 4 motion axes, two laser interfaces and multi-channel general IO input and output.
4.High precision positioning. Support the recognition and positioning of feature and the positioning of Mark point auxiliary position.
5.Support Mark point vision cutting, the matching-cutting of the irregular materials, projection cutting, etc.
6.Focused on vision cutting in clothing, leather, digital cropping, advertising, printing and 3C industries.
Software RDVision(Free)
The software of RDVision was combined with image processing algorithms fior feature recognition to complete the cutting work by manually block out the cutting contour.
