Discroption of RDC6445G:
The RDC6445G system is the latest generation of laser engraving / cutting control system developed by Ruida Technology. The control system has better hardware stability and better resistance to high voltage and static electricity. The human-machine operating system based on the 5-inch color screen has a more friendly operation interface and more powerful functions. The controller has more complete and better motion control functions, large file storage, more compatible dual channel independent adjustable laser power control interface, more compatible U flash disk driver and multi-channel general/ special IO control. It supports Ethernet communication and USB communication with PC. Furthermore, it supports fixed single/ double laser head processing, double head synchronous processing and ultra-wide segmentation cutting. And its extended model supports functions like Mark point vision positioning cutting, large format panoramic visual cutting, projection cutting and double head asynchronous processing.

1. Adopt HMI open-source system. Users can quickly customize HMI operation pages based on the configured development environment.
2. Based on MODBUS RTU communication protocol, it is compatible with most touch screens based on this protocol.
3. Support 4 motion axes, two laser interfaces and multi-channel general IO input and output.
4. Support single/double laser head processing, double heads synchronous processing and ultra-wide segmentation cutting processing.
5. Worked with independent application software RDWorksV8.
6. Support plug-in software and virtual printing.
