RCDD series air-cooled self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover is based on the RCDC series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover and adds an iron unloading mechanism composed of a drive motor, a roller, and an iron unloading tape with a scraper. During the working process, the iron unloading mechanism automatically sends the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the iron unloading belt to the iron collecting box other than the iron remover. There is no need for manual cleaning during power outages, thus realizing the automation of iron removal.​

In steel plants and cement plants, it is mostly used to remove iron from slag and protect important equipment such as roller presses, vertical mills, and crushers.
