- Verify electrical specifications match local power supply before connection
- For first use, remove mincer head and thoroughly wash all parts
- Tighten thumb screw clockwise until secure (no tools required)
- Prepare meat by removing all skin and bones, then cut into appropriate pieces
- Feed meat using included pusher only - never use hands or other objects
- After use, disconnect power and thoroughly clean all disassembled parts
- If overloaded, unit automatically shuts off - allow cooling before reset
- For blockages, switch machine to Reverse then Forward mode
