DI Ultrapure Water System Overview
This advanced ultrapure water equipment combines pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and EDI technology to produce high-purity water with resistivity ≥18.2MΩ·CM at 25°C. The system effectively removes salts, impurities, bacteria, and other contaminants to meet enterprise production water requirements.
