Groundwater in many regions contains elevated iron (2-16mg/L) and manganese (0.5-2.0mg/L) levels. These contaminants cause water discoloration, metallic taste, equipment scaling, and corrosion in industrial applications.
Filtration Process
The system employs a multi-stage process including aeration, oxidation, ion replacement, retention, and clarification. Iron and manganese are oxidized from soluble forms to insoluble precipitates that are filtered out through specialized media.
