- Surfaces tightly combined by assembly
- Stainless steel surfaces
- Designed parts specified as non-painted
Parts Prohibited From Painting
- High-strength bolt friction joint surfaces
- Machining surfaces required for mechanical installation
- 50-100mm areas on both sides of field-welded parts
- Equipment nameplates and identification markers
- Designed areas where painting is prohibited
For parts prohibited from painting, appropriate shielding measures are implemented during the coating process.
Installation Methods
For large-span space steel structures, the slipping construction method provides an effective solution for challenging installation scenarios.
Structural Slip Method
This approach involves assembling the complete structure (or major sections) at a suitable location, then utilizing a slip system to move the assembled structure into its final position.
Supported Slip Method
A support frame is installed based on structural design requirements, providing both support and operational platform for field installation. After structural completion, the support frame separates from the finished structure, enabling sequential installation of adjacent sections until the entire structure is complete.
