- Material Preparation: Cutting steel plates and international standard H-section steel, angle steel, round tubes, and square tubes
- Assembly & Welding: Skilled welders assemble steel members according to drawings (First quality inspection)
- Sand Blasting: International 2.5 high-grade surface treatment for superior rust resistance (Second quality inspection)
- Painting: Applied within 2 hours after sand blasting, available in any color and paint brand (Third quality inspection)
- Client Inspection: Customers invited to verify fabrication quality before packaging
- Packing & Loading: Steel structure members individually packed on steel skids and securely tied (Fourth quality inspection)
