Summary:

High Temperature Fireproof Adhesive is a refractory material used in high temperature environment, which is usually used for bonding, repairing, sealing and filling high temperature equipment and pipes, such as furnace, kiln, heat treatment furnace, hot air furnace, chimney, etc. High Temperature Fireproof Adhesive is usually made of high temperature refractory materials, organic adhesives and other additives mixed, with good heat resistance at high temperature, without cracking, falling off or deformation and other problems.

Wooden pallets+thermoplastic film packaging,size 100×80×70 mm and weighs about 1.4 tons /pallet ;Store in a dry, moisture-proof warehouse,storage period is 24 months.

 

Construction method:

  • Before using High Temperature Fireproof Adhesive, keep the adhesive surface clean and ensure that it is dry without oil. If the surface is rusted or painted, it needs to be wiped clean first.
  • Apply the High Temperature Fireproof Adhesive evenly on the surface that needs to be bonded, and then press it with the hand or scraper to ensure that the glue can fully fill the surface and stick firmly.
  • Place the bonded parts in a nonwindy environment and stand for about 24 hours until the glue is completely dried and cured.
