Summary:
Vibration cast sillimanite crucibles are prepared with high-purity sillimanite as the main aggregate via high-temperature calcination. The crucible body boasts dense and uniform microstructure, low porosity, low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent thermal shock resistance, featuring favorable high-temperature performance and resistance to erosion by molten non-ferrous metals, making it suitable for smelting small and medium-sized alloys and precision casting applications.

2.Complex shapes can be fabricated, such as built-in pouring siphons.
Range of application:
It is suitable for smelting small and medium-sized non-ferrous alloys. Vibration casting can be used to make crucibles if the required sizes or shapes are uneconomical or impractical to produce by isostatic pressing.
