    33 Series firing temperature range 760-830°C, for direct printing, water slide decal printing, hand painting and spray printing. Particle size: D90=8μm±1μm

    Direct Printing: pass sieve of mesh 200-350, mixed with oil or water medium, mixing ratio depends on customer's process.

    Decal Printing: pass sieve of mesh 200-350.

    Mixing ratio: Pigment / Rheology oil=100 / 40-60, Pigment / Esthesiodic oil=100 / 60-80

    Hand painting: hand paint after mixing with glue, oil or water, mixing ratio depends on customer's process.

    Spray Printing: spray print after mixing with glue, oil or water, mixing ratio depends on customer's process. 

    Note: pigments must be dried on the condition of 110°C±10°C before mixing with oil medium.

 Packaging:  5kgs plastic drum for powder, and 25kgs drum for paste.
