2000 SERIES This series contains lead and cadmium, very good acid & alkali resist, suitable for glass tableware, wine bottles, milk bottles etc.
Firing conditions:
Normal firing temperature: 580-630℃ , 1.5 hours cold to cold, 10minutes soaking time. For tempering glass: 680-730℃. The best firing cycle depends on types of the glass products and kilns.
Mixability:
2032, 2033, 2063, 2064 and 2065 contain cadmium and can be mixed in all proportions, when mixing with other colours, we recommend running production tests in order to verify effects of mixings, deposit weights, temperature etc. 2022 is underlay white, 2021 is mixing white, and 2000 is cover flux. 20M1 is silver metallic, 20M2 and 20M3 are golden metallic, 20M6 is red metallic.
Application: 2000 series can be supplied as powders and pastes for screen printing decal, direct printing, thermal plastic printing or spraying, hand painting, as well as pad printing etc.
Chemical Durability:
Acid resistance
No visible colour change after immersion in a 10% Hydrochloric acid (HCl) at 20±2℃ for 15 minutes.
No visible colour change after immersion in a 10% citric acid at 20±2℃ for 15 minutes.
Alkali resistance
No visible colour change after immersion in a 9.1% NaOH at 88±1℃ for 4 hours.
