This series of vertical shaft impactor is a brand-new generation of products that introduced advanced foreign technologies and developed independently by our company with integrating high stability and efficient production capacity. 1. New dust-proof sealing structure
A unique exhaust and dust-proof device and sealing structure are adopted to prevent dust from entering and causing oil leakage from the lower bearing cover, ensuring no oil leakage from the main engine.
2. Quenching and tempering treatment of the main shaft
42CrMo quenched and tempered material is adopted, which is durable.
3. Optimized crushing cavity and strike angle
For "stone-on-stone", material layer partitions are added to form a dense and stable stone layer; for "stone-on-iron", the installation angle of the counterattack block is optimized to obtain a higher crushing ratio.
4. Intelligent control configuration
Lubrication with thin oil is adopted and an air-cooling system is equipped. Intelligent instrument control is used to achieve fully automatic lubrication control, and the lubrication temperature can be regulated.
