This series of hammer breaking machine is a crushing equipment developed by our company based on the principle of mutual self-crushing of the hammer, the impact plate and the stones, combining coarse and fine crushing "into one". It has the characteristics of high crushing efficiency, good particle shape of the finished materials, mostly cubic, and low needle-shaped content.

1. Coarse and medium crushing are completed in one step, with large feed, large crushing ratio and uniform discharge.
2. Adopting high wear-resistant material hammers, grate plates and impact plates for closed crushing, with a high finished product rate. The granular materials account for 85%, meeting the usage requirements.
3. Using conical bolts for fastening, it is resistant to impact and wear, and has low supporting power, low energy consumption, high output and stable performance.

Application

It is suitable for crushing various brittle materials with a compressive strength of no more than 160 Mpa and a calcium content of ≥ 40%, such as coal gangue, lignite, bluestone and limestone.
