Production Process
- Electrode Preparation: Ternary positive electrode material and graphite negative electrode mixed with binder, coated onto aluminum/copper foil, dried and pressed
- Cell Assembly: Lamination process with positive electrode, separator, and negative electrode stacked and encapsulated in aluminum-plastic film
- Injection and Packaging: Electrolyte injected in dry environment with vacuum-sealed aluminum-plastic film
- Formation and Aging: Initial charge for SEI film formation, followed by capacity/voltage testing and 24-48 hour aging
