This lightweight and flexible steam hose is optimized for installations requiring tight bends, compact layouts, or dynamic hose movement. Built with a heat-stable EPDM core and reinforced with high-tensile textile braiding, it handles saturated steam up to 210°C with excellent kink resistance and dimensional stability. The hose’s outer jacket resists oil, weathering, and mechanical abrasion, enabling extended use in manufacturing lines, sterilization chambers, and mobile machinery. It supports a minimum bend radius without compromising flow or pressure and meets ISO 6134 performance benchmarks.
