SPK SiC elements can be mounted either vertically or horizontally at maximum operating temperature of 1600℃ without requiring special supports. The elements maintain structural integrity without deformation.
Provides maximum interior design flexibility for furnace configurations. Elements can be replaced during continuous furnace operation, eliminating the need for shutdowns.
Ideal for low-volume, high-power applications requiring robust performance under demanding conditions.
Widely used in various high-temperature electric furnaces and heating devices for industrial applications including:
- Magnetic materials processing
- Ceramics manufacturing
- Powder metallurgy
- Glass production
- Metallurgy applications
- Machinery heating systems
The Wide U shape element features two cold ends welded at right angles to opposite ends of the hot zone. Maximum recommended furnace temperature is 1425ºC (2600ºF), manufactured from high-density recrystallized silicon carbide with low resistance silicon carbide cold ends.
