G Type SiC Heating Elements
The silicon carbon rod is a non-metallic high-temperature electric heating element in rod or tube shape. It is made from high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material. Through processing into blanks according to a certain material ratio and sintering by high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 °C. In an oxidizing atmosphere, it can operate normally at a temperature of up to 1450 °C, and continuous use can last up to 2000 hours. Due to its high operating temperature, the silicon carbon rod has the qualities of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, fast temperature rise, long service life, small high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and good chemical stability. When combined with an automated electronic control system, it can obtain accurate constant temperature and adjust temperature automatically according to the production process requirements.
