2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Round Bar for Heavy-Duty Applications
Duplex stainless steel 2205 is composed of 21% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel-nitrogen alloy. 2. It has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance. 2205 duplex steel physical & mechanical properties: density: 7.98g/cm3, melting point: 1300-1390 ℃ Tensile strength: σb≥795Mpa, yield strength σb≥550Mpa: elongation: δ≥15%, hardness ≤310 (HB) 2205 heat treatment: Keep the temperature between 1000-1050℃ for 1-2 hours, fast air cooling or water cooling.
