Special powder coating for automobile springs(Model: EB9031)(Standard Q/LYM 08-2015)

"EB9031" is a heavy anti-corrosive modified epoxy powder coating, applied to the

pre-treated steel spring surface, after a certain temperature time of baking, the powder melt and solidified into a uniform, dense film.This coating film has excellent adhesion and can prevent corrosive air, hydrocarbons, acid and alkali salts, microorganisms, waste water and waste gas corrosion. And has excellent toughness and fatigue resistance (more than 2 million compression damping test coating without cracking, peeling, detachment), fatigue test after the salt spray test qualified, excellent impact resistance (-40℃ stone resistance is fully qualified).

● The coating wear resistance, flexibility, low temperature impact resistance and other good performance

2. Method and dosage

1 . Coating method: Electrostatic spraying.

2 . Theoretical dosage: 150g/M2/100μm. The coating film thickness is 60~150 μm.

3 . Surface treatment: Acid washing or other treatments that do not affect steel stranded performance.

4 .Curing instructions:In a 170℃ oven for 20 minutes.
