Special powder coating for valves (FBE)(Standard:BS EN14901:2014)

The product is implemented in BS EN14901:2014 standard, is a rapid curing, excellent

performance of ductile iron pipe epoxy powder coating. Its coating film has high crosslinking density and strong adhesion, which is suitable for the internal and external corrosion prevention of ductile iron pipes, pipe fittings and accessories with working temperature below 60℃.

1. Application scope and characteristics

● Compared with other types of coatings, environmental protection, easy to thick coating, good adhesion, strong cathode stripping resistance.

2. Method and dosage

1 .Coating method: electrostatic spraying, hot spraying.

2 .Theoretical dosage: 150g/M2/100μm. See the standard requirements for the specific thickness.

3 .Surface treatment: Sandblasting or Pelblasting.

4 .Curing instructions: This powder coating is applied on the surface of 160-200℃,and thencured in 180-220℃ curing furnace for 20-40min.
