Epoxy powder coating for drinking water pipes (FBE)
This specialized epoxy powder coating is formulated with premium epoxy resin, specialized curing agents, and food-grade fillers. It features high reactivity, exceptional adhesion, dense crosslinking, smooth surface finish, high gloss, excellent flexibility, and superior mechanical properties. The product complies with AWWA C213-2022, GB/T 28897-2021, and CJ/T 120-2016 technical standards.
Beyond standard anti-corrosion properties, this product meets hygienic requirements per "Safety evaluation standards for equipment and protective materials for drinking water conveyance" (2001) and GBT 17219-1998. It holds domestic health license approval for drinking water safety products in Hebei Province (Approval No.: Ji Wei Shui Zi (2015) No.0101). Additionally, it complies with British standard BS6920-1-2014 and has passed WRAS certification from UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme Ltd. (Approval Number: 2011530).

- Curing Instructions: Apply powder coating to preheated workpiece surface (180~230℃), cure using residual heat. Additional heating may be required for low ambient temperatures or insufficient workpiece heat capacity.
