How many days is your fastest lead time?
This depends on quantity. For regular sizes, lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving deposit.
Can you customize colors?
We accept color customization. Regular colors are white and grey. You can provide color card numbers for reference.
What is the largest size that can be made?
Maximum size is 3500mm × 8000mm, with wind-resistant columns for support.
What is your payment method?
TT (wire transfer), 30% deposit, remaining 70% paid before shipment.
Does your product leak water?
Our company has never experienced water leakage problems in overseas orders.
Do you need a foundation?
If land will not subside, no foundation needed. We provide complete foundation drawings and installation guidance.
Can I add an extra roof?
Roofs can be added for wind resistance, thermal insulation, or aesthetic requirements.
