How many days is your fastest lead time?
This depends on quantity. For regular sizes, lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving deposit.
Can you customize colors?
We accept color customization. Regular colors are white and grey, and you can provide color card numbers for reference.
What is the largest size that can be made?
Maximum size is 3500mm × 8000mm, with wind-resistant columns supporting top and bottom beams.
What is your payment method?
TT (wire transfer) with 30% deposit and remaining 70% paid before shipment.
Does your product leak water?
Our company has never experienced water leakage problems in overseas orders due to professional construction and quality responsibility.
Do you need a foundation?
If land will not subside, no foundation needed. We provide complete foundation drawings and installation guidance based on geological conditions.
Can I add an extra roof?
Roofs can be added for wind resistance, thermal insulation, or aesthetic requirements. We provide case pictures for reference.
How are your container houses insulated?
Wall panels use 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, upgradeable to 75mm and 100mm thickness for extreme weather conditions.
Can the floor be covered with insulation?
Yes, floor insulation is available as an option.
