High Density Coil Grout for Coreless Inductor Coils
Our high-performance coil grout provides superior insulation, protection, and buffering for coreless inductor coils in medium-frequency furnace applications. Available in corundum-based and aluminum silicate-based formulations.
Primary Functions
  • Insulation: Prevents current leakage and short circuits between coils
  • Protection: High strength and density shield induction coils from molten metal penetration and puncture
  • Buffering: Smooth surface buffers thermal expansion and contraction, reducing stress and preventing furnace lining cracks
