Good price two colors printing small toilet roll tissue paper making machine is for toilet paper roll  processing. Machines have core feeding unit, which can do both with and without paper roll core. Raw material is processed from jumbo roll  from color printing , perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue to become a log roll. Then it can work with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products-small toilet paper rolls . The machine is controlled by PLC, and people can operate it through PLC touch screen, the whole process is automatic, which is easy to operate, and lower laybor cost.

The production process is: Unreeling — color printing---Perforating— Rewinding— Tail gluing— Edge trimming---Automatic core loading.

6. Embossing Unit: adopt point to point embossing rollers, making the two layers match well, the paper is soft and has clear patterns
