The Good Price Maxi Tissue Paper Towel Roll Making Machinery with Flexographic Color Printing is designed for processing color-printed toilet paper rolls, maxi rolls, and kitchen towels. The machine features a core feeding unit, which allows for production with or without a paper roll core.
Raw material is processed from a jumbo roll, which undergoes color printing, perforation, end cutting, and tail glue spraying to form a log roll. This log can then be further processed using a cutting machine and a packing machine to produce finished products, such as small toilet paper rolls.
The machine is PLC-controlled and operated via a user-friendly touch screen. The entire process is fully automated, making it easy to operate and significantly reducing labor costs.
The production process is: Unreeling — color printing---Perforating— Rewinding— Tail gluing— Edge trimming---Automatic core loading.
