The fully automated high-speed toilet paper and maxi roll rewinding machine is designed for efficient processing of jumbo rolls into finished products. It includes a core feeding unit, embossing (full or edge), perforation, end cutting, and tail glue application, which together form a log. This log can then be further processed by cutting and packing machines.

Controlled by a PLC system with a user-friendly touch screen interface, the machine operates autonomously, minimizing manual labor and reducing production costs. It can also be customized to meet specific customer needs.

Feature and Functions

1. The system features an automatic core feeding mechanism and a log pusher, enabling seamless rewinding and effortless log reloading.
2. It integrates automatic edge trimming, core feeding, glue spraying, and sealing in a synchronized process. A 10-18mm tail is left for easy rewinding, reducing waste and cutting costs.
3. Using advanced PLC control technology, it offers a user-friendly interface for data input and parameter adjustments, with fault indicators displayed on the touch screen.
4. Four high-precision spiral knives ensure low-noise operation and clean perforations, while the gearbox provides a wide operational range.
5. The machine includes three horizontal back stands and a pneumatic loading system, with wide flat belts for independent adjustment of each jumbo roll.
6. The embossing unit features point-to-point rollers, ensuring perfect layer alignment and producing soft paper with crisp, distinct patterns.
7. Jogging switches are included for safe and easy paper threading.
