Product Description 

The Automatic Wrapper-Type High-Speed Toilet Paper/Maxi Roll Rewinding Machine is designed for processing toilet paper and maxi rolls. It features a core feeding unit and can operate both with and without the core.

The process starts with raw material from the jumbo roll, which undergoes full or edge embossing, followed by perforation, end cutting, and tail glue application to form a log. This log can then be further processed by cutting and packing machines to create finished products.

Controlled by a PLC system, the machine is operated via a touchscreen interface, ensuring fully automated operation, ease of use, and reduced labor costs. Additionally, the machine can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

6. Precision Cutting – Equipped with four high-precision spiral knives for low noise and clean perforation. A robust gearbox expands operational range.
7. Dual Wall-Type Back Stands – Features a pneumatic lifting system with wide flat belts for independent adjustment of each jumbo roll.
8. Jogging Switches – Includes jogging switches for easy and safe paper threading, ensuring smooth operation.
