Characteristics of Co2 Laser Marking Machine:
The HL-CO2-30W CO2 laser marking machine is the latest generation of marking products from our company. It uses the CTI scanning lens and F-θ lens from the United States, and applies the CO2 laser from the American Synrad company. It is stable in performance and compact in size. The system is easy to operate, fully computerized, and flexible in modification. The HLLaser marking software developed independently by our company has a Windows interface and can be compatible with various graphic editing software output files, including CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, and PHOTOSHOP. It can perform various graphic and text marking, as well as barcode marking, and supports a variety of commonly used graphic file formats.
The CO2 laser marking machine is also commonly referred to as a gas laser marking machine or a CO2 laser marking machine. The CO2 laser is a gas laser operating in the infrared light frequency range with a wavelength of 10.64 microns. It uses CO2 gas filled in the discharge tube as the medium for generating laser. When a high voltage is applied to the electrodes, the gas molecules in the discharge tube emit laser light. The laser energy is amplified to form a laser beam for material processing. The laser beam path can be automatically changed by computer controlling the mirrors to achieve automatic marking.
