Notices: The differences between HTN, STN, FSTN, and VA LCD types?
HTN (High Twisted Nematic) LCD screens, nematic liquid crystal molecules are sandwiched between two transparent glasses, and the orientation of the liquid crystal molecules is deflected 100~140 degrees between the two layers of glass. The main features are similar to TN, but the viewing angle is wider than TN.
STN (Super Twisted Nematic) LCD screens, the liquid crystal rotates 180~270 degrees in the LCD screen, the viewing angle is better, and there are generally gray films, yellow-green films, and blue films.
FSTN (Film+STN) LCD screen, to improve the background color problem of ordinary STN, a compensation film is added to the polarizer to eliminate dispersion and achieve black and white display.
VA (Vertical Alignment) LCD screens, black background, and color patterns, high contrast, can achieve a multi-color silk screen display effect, and have certain requirements for driving voltage. It is mostly used for segment COB and low-channel drive products.
