OLED Screens ( 0.42 inch~3.12 inch ):
We mainly develop small-middle sizes OLED displays, including 0.42", 0.49", 0.66", 0.78", 0.87", 0.91", 0.96", 1.12", 1.21", 1.3", 1.5", 1.54", 1.92", 2.08", 2.23", 2.42", 2.7", and 3.12", etc.
How PMOLED Works:
-
Pixels in a PMOLED display are organized in a grid of rows and columns.
-
Passive matrix addressing means that the rows and columns are activated in sequence (one at a time).
-
The intersection of the activated row and column determines which pixel is turned on.
-
Time multiplexing ensures that the display appears to be fully lit by cycling through the rows quickly.
-
A controller IC manages the scanning, pixel activation, and timing for the display.
Common Applications:
2. Test Equipment and Instrumentation
-
Multimeters: A digital multimeter or oscilloscope can use a 3.12-inch OLED to show measurement readings clearly, such as voltage, current, resistance, and other important parameters.
-
Signal Analyzers: For test and diagnostic equipment, OLED displays allow engineers to quickly access data readings such as signal strength, frequency, or waveform shape in a format that is easy to read.
3. Industrial and Commercial Devices
-
Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems: Many POS terminals or receipt printers can use a 3.12-inch OLED screen to display transaction data, product information, and customer details in an easy-to-read format.
-
Factory Automation: Industrial controllers and machine monitoring systems can use an OLED display for showing device status, error messages, or system diagnostics. This allows workers to monitor the system in real-time, improving productivity and troubleshooting.
