Mini Jumper also known as jumper cap, short circuit ring
In industrial control applications, small switches called jumper caps, also known as short-circuit caps or short-circuit rings, are commonly used.
Its function is to switch the input signal type when there are many jumper pins on the motherboard, by attaching the jumper cap to the corresponding jumper pin and turning it on. Its application is more convenient and flexible than soldering with a soldering iron. A short-circuit cap can be used to achieve the function of a dip switch. Used to connect pins between peripheral modules and micro controller pins. After removing the short-circuit cap, the pins of the micro controller are not connected to any module.
