Working Principle
Multiplexing Process
Twelve optical signals with different wavelengths (1269.23nm to 1318.35nm) are combined into a single optical fiber for transmission, enabling simultaneous transmission of multiple signals and improving fiber utilization.
Demultiplexing Process
At the receiving end, the composite optical signal is separated into 12 independent signals according to their wavelengths for subsequent processing and information recovery.
