The CCWDM Mux adopts Free-Space technology, using light propagating in free space to wirelessly transmit data. Inside the device, adjacent signal channels are cascaded by parallel beam instead of fiber, saving significant space and enabling low insertion loss.
CCWDM Mux uses parallel beam for cascading instead of fiber, saving significant space. The minimum dimension of CCWDM aluminum box module is less than 1/4 the size of minimum CWDM ABS pigtailed module.
