Our seal jaw sets advantages: 1. Quite hard raw materials. This will make the sealing lines very hard. They won't get broken even though touching with or crimping the nuts or crackers. 2.Very deep and clear sealing lines.We use the CNC milling cutters to make the sealing slots. The sealing lines and the slots are very shining with beautiful lookings and with very tiny tolerance. 3.The coatings we use is thick coatings, won't get stick of the packaging materials. And anti-rust also. 4.The heater rods' through holes, we use the deep drill CNC machine to drill the holes. Our max hole can drill the 70cm deep through hole.Hole's diameter tolerance is only -0.02mm. 5.If the dimensions are accurate, our seal jaws no need to use any copper shims. More easier for assembling and adjusting. 6.For the sealing lines, they close and seal very deep and clear, no air leakages. 7.OEM and ODM accepted. 8.
