Installation Instructions

A.Preparation

1. Ensure the vehicle has not undergone ol heating, waxing, etc, within one month in a ventlated area.lf needed, performa test first.

2. Inspect exterior components for abnommalities and confim details with the customer.

3. Remove handles, trims, emblems, or other attachments that may interfere with the installation

B.Cleaning

1. Avoid washing the car to prevent water residue or overheating at edges

2.Clean large areas with a specialized automotive cleaner.

3. For sticky residues, use a lint-free cloth with 70% alcohol and apply pressure while wiping Installation

C.Installation

Surface Preparation

1. Ensure surfaces are dry, smooth, and free of scratches, Use clean microfiber cloths to avoid lint or dust, Wipethoroughly to prevent rust spots.

2. Replace edge films for larger panels if necessary

Squeegee Selection

1. Use a hard plastic-edged squeegee wrapped with soft felt or a soft-tip squeegee.

2. Spray soapy wrater on the film adhesive to reduce friction, minimize bubbles, and avoid damaging the self-healinglayer.

Bubble Removal

1. Work from the center outward with the squeegee to remove air bubbles

2. Avoid leaving gaps, as trapped air may cause adhesive marks, Use a mist of water and soap for large surfaces ike ahood if you have difficulty to install

Front/Rear Bumper Installation

1. Two technicians are reguired: one to stretch horizontally, the other to secure vertically.

2. Ensure the film does not exceed 1.5x the original bumper length to prevent peeling or overheating (risk of "bursting")

Narrow Areas (A-Pillars)

1. Select appropriately sized film for narrow sections,

2.Avoidd overapping seams to prevent adhesive marks

Edge Trimming

1. Trim edges neatly, Use a heat gun to soften the film, then press edges into seams with a hard plastic roller.

2. Heat edges thoroughly with the heat gun and apply firm pressure to seal.

D.Finishing

1. lf the wrap color differs from the original, reinstall handles and trims carefully to avoid heat damage from the heat gun.

2.Reattach all removed components (handles, trims,emblems).
