Production Workflow Process

  3. Manual Polishing: Door panel weld seams and overall surface manually polished
  4. Phosphating Solution: Workpieces wiped with phosphating solution for surface preparation
  5. Moisture Drying: Drying at 40-50°C to remove residual moisture
  6. Manual Putty Application: Technicians apply putty to fill imperfections
  7. Putty Drying: Applied putty dried at 40-50°C for proper setting
  8. Putty Grinding: Manual grinding after drying for smooth finish
  9. Workpiece Accumulation: Approximately 100 sets accumulated before next stage
  10. Mechanical Loading Transfer: Workpieces transferred to mechanical loading
  11. Dust Blowing: Electrostatic dust guns used for manual surface cleaning
  12. Coating Application: Automatic spraying combined with manual spraying for comprehensive coverage
  13. Powder Solidification: Coated parts cured at 200°C for 18 minutes
