Production Process Flow

Drip-Off Stage (90 minutes) - Excess paint naturally drains to ensure even film distribution
Drying Process (48 minutes at 60-80°C) - Coated parts are transferred to controlled drying oven for paint curing
Natural Cooling (6 minutes) - Workpieces cool to stabilize the coating finish
Forklift-Assisted Unloading - Finished products are manually removed with forklift assistance
